I was born and raised in Lexington, Kentucky and graduated from Asbury University studying psychology and art. I have been drawing and painting ever since I could hold a paint brush and grew up with many generations of painters and creative minds in my family. When I am not painting, you can find me out in nature, hanging out with friends or doing other crafty things.
I use a wide variety of mediums such as acrylic paint, oil paint, pencil, colored pencil, and watercolor. While I most often use acrylic paint, I love using all of my mediums to bring the world to life on every canvas.

Although my family has impacted much of the work I produce, the main source of my inspiration comes from the Lord. He inspires every piece of art and every mark that I make. This black and white painting of a Lily was made using ashes from post it notes of the Asbury University student body. It is a symbol of surrender to a God who brings beauty from ashes and who is the only one I paint for.
